We're adding to our team! We are seeking a Project Administrator to support the documentation and reporting aspects of our proposal development process.

You will:
- Develop the complete proposal, including technical descriptions and commercial terms.
- Assist in the maintenance of records in CRM application.
- Review, modify and administer MSAs with vendors, subcontractors and clients.
- Collaborate with engineers to create a project cost estimate that includes expenses for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Process business system paperwork, orders / invoices, and obtain appropriate review per company operating standards.
- Issue and receive subcontractor PO's and create packing slips when needed.
- Work cooperatively with engineering, management, finance, and vendors and customers.
- Administer project setup, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, planning, maintenance, and closeout within our ERP system.
- Assist with collections efforts as needed for project invoices.
- Assist with any corporate or customer audit requests.
- Assist with any safety admin duties needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a business or technical field or equivalent knowledge.
- 2 years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
- Experience in the use of office automation equipment, business systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong Excel and MS Word experience.
- Preferred technical writing skills and experience with commercial terms.
- ERP and CRM experience are a plus.
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
