They address customer inquiries, support electrical and generator service and sales processes across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors, and prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands outstanding communication skills, in-depth knowledge of electrical and generator services, and a proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Key duties include managing high volumes of phone interactions, including proactive outbound sales calls.
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service position is essential. Familiarity with the electrical and generator industry or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or Google Workspace. Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to effectively handle challenging customer scenarios.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Duties:
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team by tracking leads, providing updates, and ensuring smooth progression of the sales process.
- Order Management: Handle the processing of customer quotes, orders, and sales transactions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Product Expertise: Deliver detailed product information while staying updated on the latest product developments and updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and field service technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communication Logging: Document all customer interactions and transactions for accurate record-keeping.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
