Job Description:
Our Field Support Team- Inventory/Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring that all tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are readily available to support our field operations. This role is responsible for managing the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, as well as overseeing the safe handling, storage, and timely delivery of these resources to various job sites. Additionally, the specialist ensures the company fleet is maintained, serviced, and stocked daily, playing a vital role in supporting the efficiency and productivity of field operations.

Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in inventory management, logistics, or fleet management is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the electrical or generator industry. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Forklift and vehicle maintenance certifications are a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.), stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Work Environment: The role involves working in a warehouse environment, with regular travel to job sites for deliveries and fleet management. Outdoor work will be required, with exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands associated with handling heavy equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
