As an Inventory Control Coordinator, your day is dynamic and rewarding! You kick off by reviewing inventory reports, ensuring everything is spot-on. You manage tasks like assigning parts to work orders, closing repair orders, and conducting cycle counts. You keep the inventory organized and the environment clean and safe.
Your Responsibilities
- Part Allocation — Assists in the prompt assignment of parts to relevant work orders to ensure effective inventory tracking.
- Repair Order Verification — Assists shop leadership in the review of times charged to repair orders, ensuring that all charged times are accurate. Additionally, the incumbent will review the notes to identify important information, errors, etc.
- Repair Order Finalization — Assists in ensuring the timely closing of repair orders.
- Cycle Counts — Completes daily cycle counts of assigned inventory zones to maintain consistent excellence in inventory management. Moreover, researches and explains the loss of any inventory unaccounted for.
- Logistics Coordination — Prepares shipments to other locations and receives incoming inventory from vendors or other locations.
- Organization — Manages the organization of parts on shelves ensuring safe placement, easy identification, and maintenance of inventory systems.

Your Skillset
- Attention to Detail — Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and repair order management.
- Organizational Skills — Proven ability to succeed in a position or environment where success is contingent upon organizational excellence.
- Problem Solving — Experienced in solving problems and identifying solutions in inventory discrepancies.
- Communication — Demonstrable communication skills required for successful communication with a diverse range of internal staff and external vendors.
- Data Entry — Experienced in data entry with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter key information.
- Time Management — Proven ability to manage time and navigate in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience in inventory management or a related field. An equivalent amount of education and experience will be considered.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Repair Order Review — Experience in an environment where one has experience building, reviewing, or editing repair orders (ROs) / work orders (Wos).
- Salary — $22.36 - $27.16 per hour, decided based on experience.
- Schedule — Full-time; On-Site; Monday to Friday; 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
