Your Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance — Complete PMs on our fleet’s trailers and equipment. PMs include lubrication, inspections, seals, bearings, DOT inspections, and other preventative maintenance.
- Corrective Maintenance — Perform corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, including brakes, electrical failures, frame repairs, and much more.
- Diagnostic Work — Diagnose issues with fleet equipment using diagnostic equipment.
- Maintenance Software — Utilize maintenance software to review pending services, repair history, and create repair orders.

Your Skillset
- Maintenance — Demonstrable experience completing both preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Tool Proficiency — Extensive experience with both hand and power tools.
- Time Management — Effective time management and the ability to prioritize your work in a dynamic environment.
- Diagnostics and Computer Skills — Proficiency using computer software for diagnostics and documentation.
- Communication Skills — Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaboration and professional documentation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience working on heavy equipment trailers. An equivalent amount of education and experience will be considered.
- Must own and utilize a complete set of tools necessary for performing all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Associate’s degree or a certification in diesel technology, automotive technology, or a related field, and at least two (2) years of experience working on heavy equipment trailers. An equivalent amount of education and experience will be considered.
- At least one (1) of experience welding, where aluminum welding experience is highly preferred.
- Salary — Competitive pay that will be commensurate with experience.
- Schedule — Full-time; On-Site; Monday to Friday; 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM; Overtime eligible
