equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found

in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to

hunting preserves.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining approvals for floor plan or Open Account used car sales.
• Working with transportation and customers to schedule daily TFleet operations.
• Processing all necessary transactions regarding TFleet (approvals, contracts, batching to Augusta).
• Process in SAP Service Management work orders for removal of parts from inventory.
• Process in SAP miscellaneous credits and or debits such as price adjustments, rebates etc.
• Process in Serena Supplier credits to include battery core credits for G/L entries.
• Process requisitions for suppliers using Ariba system.
• Creating contracts for revenue and non-revenue generated agreements in SAP.
• Scan & index batches into Document Management (Stellent).
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
