EZ Tech PDR is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, high-quality auto repair operations. We specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), Auto Hail Repair, Collision Repairs, and Painting, with a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality repairs, and alignment with industry standards, while maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle repair processes.
- Oversee repair schedules, technician assignments, and workflow to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Create and review accurate repair estimates and supplements, thoroughly assessing vehicle damage and ensuring proper documentation.
- Lead the estimating process and coordinate with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and verify repair coverage.
- Handle parts ordering and returns to maintain an efficient repair process and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance providers, and vendors, offering clear updates on repair progress, costs, and timelines.
- Monitor inventory and cost management, ensuring parts and supplies are readily available while maintaining budget efficiency.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff, fostering a skilled and motivated team committed to company standards.
- Generate and analyze management reports to assess shop performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in body shop management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of collision repair, paint processes, and insurance claim procedures
- Experience in writing and reviewing repair estimates and supplements
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC, Mitchell, or similar is a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
