Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Support Verifier to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify Credit Applications: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all incoming credit applications.
- Review Post-Sale Paperwork: Check all documentation that comes in after a deal is sold for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain STIP Spreadsheet: Regularly update and manage the STIP (Stipulations) spreadsheet, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Documentation Verification: Confirm that all required paperwork is properly filled out and complies with company standards.
- Liaison with Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure all documentation is correctly processed and submitted.
- Assist with Audit Preparation: Help prepare documents for internal and external audits.
- Customer Communication: Clarify information and obtain additional information as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
