Strong customer service skills go a long way with our clients...and they may tip accordingly. This position would be ideal for someone who wants to work with their hands, see beautiful buildings and homes of southeast Wisconsin. You can't be afraid of heights, because we get to enjoy some incredible views! Entry-level positions (no experience) can earn up to $30k year, with room to grow. Otherwise, wages are determined by experience, abilities, and efficiency. Job experiences as a restaurant server, bartender, hotel banquet, construction, or landscaper can be helpful for this position. We are spend a good portion of our days outside in all seasons. Ladder work is a requirement of the job. Experience and/or the ability to carry and climb ladder are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of residential and commercial windows, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
