Requirements:
Available to work entire season
Available weekends, nights, and major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)
Available to work 40 to 50 hours per week
Reliable transportation
2-5 years experience in restaurant or management

The Manager must be responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. The Manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. In addition, you will manage all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience. The manager is responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant and employees, along with communicating effectively with general and district managers. All employees are required to sign a seasonal contract to work all holidays and finish the season to receive a monetary bonus. If you are not able to work until mid November , this is not the job for you.
