Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on key consumer trends and market opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products (e.g., special edition packages, new flavors, new sizes) based on market demand and consumer insights.
2. Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, social media, traditional, experiential) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Design and implement retail programs for both on- and off-premise locations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute brand marketing programs.
- Manage influencer outreach and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop strategic partnerships and manage event planning to enhance brand presence.
3. Product Positioning
- Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions.
- Work closely with product development teams to drive innovation and enhance packaging design.
4. Sales & Distribution Support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive distribution and activation in on- and off-premise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and distributor partners to create retail programs, including merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Create and distribute promotional materials and sales tools to support field teams.
5. Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor key brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and competitive activity.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports to leadership.
- Adjust strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback.
6. Budget & Media Management
- Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee budget approvals and financial tracking.
- Develop and execute a strategic media plan, including channel-specific placement recommendations.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Oversee and manage relationships with third-party agencies.
8. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., DISCUS) and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the alcohol beverage industry (mandatory).
- Proficiency with Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, including reporting and audience targeting.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with project management and strategic planning.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
