Senior Brand Manager

This role has their finger on the pulse of the consumer and marketplace, understanding what motivates our target consumer. Leverages customer, category and consumer insights with a challenger mindset and action-orientated approach to create programs and experiences that result in consumer pull.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive growth, awareness, and market share.
- Identify and capitalize on key consumer trends and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products (special edition packages, new flavors, new sizes), considering market demands and consumer preferences.
Marketing Campaigns :
Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (Digital, PR, Social Media, Traditional, Experiential) to drive brand awareness and sales.Includes the development and execution of brand retail on and off-premise programs.Develop brand marketing programs and initiatives in partnership with Sales.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.Collaborate with accounts and develop strategic partnerships.Event planning - Vetting, planning, and execution of event sponsorships.Define and refine the brand's positioning, messaging, and unique selling proposition.Work closely with product development teams on packaging design and innovation initiatives.Collaborate with sales teams to create strategies that drive distribution and on / off-premise activation.Collaborate with Sales leaders and Distributor Partners to create retail programs (on and off premise) inclusive of retail theme, and merchandising.Develop promotional materials and tools to support sales efforts.Performance Tracking & Analysis :
Monitor brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and competitive activity.Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, using data to inform future strategies.Budget Management :
Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve goals.Responsible for marketing team budget oversight and approvals.Media Planning :
Develop and execute media plan and budget inclusive of placement recommendations by channel.Manage Scheduling of Vodka Comp Table and guest list.Lead, mentor, and inspire marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Responsible for all aspects of 3rd Party Agency team oversight.Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with industry regulations (DISCUS) and standards.QUALIFICATIONS :
At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.Knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, and other coding languages preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management and organization skills with ability to multi-task and follow-up.Able to use Microsoft Suite at a proficient level, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheet creation.Must be a self-starter, be extremely detail-oriented, and able to adhere to tight deadlines.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :
