Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive market expansion in the power sector. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, developing new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Expand E2’s presence in the power transmission, distribution, and substation markets.
- Develop key partnerships with Electric Utilities, EPCs Contractors, Developers.
- Drive sales growth through strategic account planning, market penetration, and partner enablement, and achieving quotas,
- Position E2 as a thought leader by engaging in industry events, trade shows, and forums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Become the thought leader by being knowledgeable and providing proactive feedback on new markets and products, competitive information, and technology trends.
- Develop and conduct application presentations and market seminars/road shows to promote Moxa at Power market.
- Be knowledgeable and provide proactive feedback on new markets and products, competitive information, and technology trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar major is a plus.
- 10 years of business development within the power, utilities, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of substation automation, SCADA systems, and grid modernization.
- Familiar with IEC 61850 is a plus.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Execution-focused, persistent, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
