Overview
E2 is hiring a Engineer III. The Engineer III should have a thorough knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, practices, and advance engineering principles necessary to perform very complex or unique assignments for a specific discipline, various installations, or services.
This is a Hybrid opportunity and requires Wednesday and Thursday on site.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- Support of the Grid Needs Assessment (GNA) and Distribution Upgrade Projects Report (DUPR) processes: This includes aggregation and quality assurance of grid needs data and planned investments. Support of the GNA/DUPR narrative for the annual CPUC filing.
- Development of process documentation for presentation at external stakeholder review meetings.
Qualifications
Required Skills / Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Five (5) or more years of engineering experience.
Desired Skills / Attributes
- Understanding of electric utility grid and the equipment used to build and operate the system.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data to identify trends and outliers.
- Experience with developing documentation to meet compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
The salary range for this position is $81,436.16 - $101,795.20. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
