Job Summary:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside and outside the facility. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and take pride in their work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and lobby areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain floors, offices, and shop areas.
- Organize and track cleaning and breakroom supplies.
- Wash interior/exterior windows and clean machinery, spray booths, and wash tanks.
- Dispose of trash, scrap metal, and maintain pallet/crate organization.
- Assist with spills, coolant changes, snow removal, and minor office relocations.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance personnel and follow safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work effectively in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; janitorial experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with moderate noise, moving equipment, and exposure to oils and cutting fluids. PPE provided. Climate-controlled with proper ventilation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
