We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Operator to join our team and ensure efficient operation of our machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machines to ensure smooth production.
- Inspect machines before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Document production output and machine performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a machine operator in an industrial setting preferred.
- Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy materials.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
