Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands while maximizing resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees.
- Manage quality control processes to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective systems for tracking production metrics.
- Utilize SAP or similar systems for inventory management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Provide mechanical knowledge support to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plant management machine shop - manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in operations management, lean methodologies, and production planning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards relevant to the industry.
- Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing systems is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for overseeing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
