Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production output and quality standards
- Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Follow safety and quality protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Complete production documentation and reports accurately
- Assist with inventory management and materials handling
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
