Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating large machinery used to apply reflective prisms to films. You will handle large rolls of material, load them into specialized machines, and oversee the production process to ensure high-quality reflective film output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor large-scale machinery to apply reflective prisms to films.
- Load and unload large rolls of material into the machines.
- Ensure efficient machine operation and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have previous manufacturing and machine operating experience (preferred 1 year).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable with handling and operating large machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
