We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Small Parts Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small components with precision and efficiency to ensure high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts and components according to specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
- Inspect assembled parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Report any defects or production issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records of production output and materials used
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in small parts assembly or a similar manufacturing role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
