Operations/Sales Enablement Specialist (Hubspot CRM)

Must Haves:
- 3 years HubSpot CRM administration (Sales Hub Enterprise required)
- Proven experience with technical product training in hardware/AV sectors
- Demonstrated ability in:
- Multi-brand sales environments
- Facilitated sales process design
- Technical documentation creation
- Expertise in:
- HubSpot Sequences & Automation
- Google Workspace API integrations
- Dialpad call analytics
This role is a Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist. The duties are split with about 70% of the responsibilities will cover the sales enablement core functions and the remaining 30% will be focused on the operations side.
Person must understand different sales streams and have experience in multi brand lines—this will 3 lines - 2 lighting (one for movies, one for influencers, etc and the third one is microphones
This is not traditional selling but rather ramping up sales team, and putting out communications to dealers and follow up with sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement Core Functions (70%)
- Develop dealer email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub for branded template creation and Sales Hub Sequences for automated follow-ups
- Build:
- Product launch nurture streams (Marketing Hub)
- Automated replenishment reminders (Sales Hub Sequences)
- Cross-sell campaign workflows bridging both platforms
- Create facilitated sales process templates including automated quoting workflows
- Conduct bi-weekly HubSpot CRM mastery sessions with progress tracking
- Produce video tutorials for complex sales scenarios using Google Workspace integrations
2. Sales Operations Integration (30%)
- Maintain HubSpot data integrity through:
- Bi-monthly pipeline hygiene audits
- Custom field standardization across brands
- Deal stage validation protocols
- Develop cross-brand reports tracking:
- "Dealer engagement rates (opens/clicks), product-specific conversion metrics by region, and average sales cycle duration across brands"
- Manage HubSpot <> Dialpad integration for automated call logging/CRM updates
