Location: Hybrid onsite 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs), in Miami, 33132

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for editing content into finished spots for use in tv, radio, online communications, conference presentations, shipboard television and digital signage, while adhering to the development of the brand’s creative look and feel for Marketing, Sales, Trade and Hotel Ops videos. Working with the Creative Services Manager, Producers, Designers and Project Managers to produce video and content that will be used by all marketing channels. Other responsibilities include video filming both shoreside and shipboard, pre & post video production including researching, editing, animating, and managing assets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit Sales and Marketing videos for use in tv, radio, online communications, conference presentations, shipboard television and digital signage.
- Conduct video shoots of conferences, events, and executives.
- Assist in internal video shoots of Executives in green screen room.
- Work with creative managers to concept and execute marketing videos
- Assists in maintaining an organized video library of assets, video camera equipment and necessary supplies for video editing & production
- Assist in brainstorming render/animation assets for use within marketing (video & still)
- Edits and color corrects footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, adding motion graphics and effects in Adobe After Effects.
- Creates master clips and encodes to multiple formats for distribution
- Collaborates with Brand team to acquire working assets of productions, and stays up to date with new and upcoming content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 - 5 years experience in video editing & motion graphics
- Corporate/agency experience preferred; Cruise or hospitality environment a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Film, Visual Effects, or Media Arts preferred
- Candidate must have proven experience in a Video Editor/Shooter role in a fast-paced, multi-project corporate environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in fast-paced, process/deadline-driven environment in collaboration with multiple teams are essential.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Production & Creative Suites programs such as Premiere, After Effects,Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, (Illustrator a plus).
- Knowledge of 3D and render/animation creation a plus
- Experience shooting corporate events, interviews, presentations and venue spaces.
- Strong demo reel showing experience with editing and motion graphics
- Can tailor material for web delivery and distribution
- Understanding of current and emerging digital media formats, encoding schemes and channels of distribution
- Working technical knowledge of broadcast television, video production, interactive television and non-linear editing, codecs, and audio
- Photography experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The environment includes work inside/outside the office. Traveling may be required.
