What You'll Do:
  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous development and collaboration.
  • Employee Development:
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Establish performance management systems that encourage accountability and recognize achievements.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Metrics:
  • Stay informed of changes in labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive improvements.
  • Provide insights to leadership on areas for improvement based on HR data and trends.
  • Organizational Culture:
  • Promote open communication, resolve conflicts, and effectively address employee concerns.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, providing guidance to ensure smooth transitions.


What We're Looking For:
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong track record in leadership roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align HR initiatives with company goals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
