The Warehouse Coordinator oversees the daily activities of inventory control. This position ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories that are maintained and is responsible for evaluating, tracking and moving inventory needs.

What You'll Do
- Safety is E2’s number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.

- Proactively leads a team of 3-5 to complete day to day activities and project tasks.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Operates forklift and other construction equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed.
- Conducts regular visual inspections of equipment location.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual inventory received and stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 2 years’ logistics/general office management/support experience
- Working on a construction job site
- Operating/driving a forklift, company vehicles and other construction equipment
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years with a clear driving record
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with deadlines.
- Must have a good command of the English language in order to provide effective phone, desk-side, and email support.
