This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Media and Strategic Communications at E2 based in Washington, DC., New York or California. The role involves overseeing media planning, media strategy, new media, digital media, and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Excellent
- writing skills; journalism experience preferred
- Strong relationships with business, political and environmental media
- Experience in federal and/or state policy issues
- Experience in government or business
- Experience effectively leading collaborative communcations strategies with teams and partner organizations.
- Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
- New Media and Digital Media expertise
- Digital Marketing experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in advocacy or non-profit organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
