A highly talented clinical data scientist leader with exceptional analytical skills and a solid educational background in healthcare fields. By gaining a deeper understanding of our members and clinical needs, we can continue to further improve and enhance the level of care we provide.The Clinical Data Scientist leader with a strong background and subject matter expertise in clinical research, health outcomes, and a medical degree. The Director of Clinical Data Scientist will be responsible for the end-to-end health outcome measurement and interpretation of these outcomes to various audiences. The role will also design and build a knowledge base for AI-assisted tools for clinicians, help improve AI-based stratification models to predict hospital admissions and various health events and conditions, and work on Large Language AI solutions to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):
1. Collaborate with clinical leaders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined analytical solutions with measurable business metrics.
2. Work collaboratively with other data scientists and data analysts to improve AI-based stratification models to predict hospital admissions and various health events and conditions.
3. Develop and implement strategies for health outcome measurement and analysis across multiple projects and studies.
4. Communicate complex health outcomes data to diverse audiences through written reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
5. Design and build a knowledge base for AI-assisted tools for clinicians that can be used to reduce clinician burn-out and improve patient outcomes.
6. Develop conversational AI solutions to improve healthcare experience of our members.
7. Design and implement health outcome experiments and experimental frameworks.
8. Experience in publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at scientific conferences.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in medical writing and ability to create medical knowledgebases for AI solutions.
- Experience working with large and complex healthcare datasets such as electronic health records, claims data, and clinical trial data.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and expertise in data visualization tools.
- Understanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development, and evaluation data sets, etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in setting experimental analytics frameworks, clinical research, trials, or strategies for complex scenarios.
