The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance, engagement, and talent development. This role involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching. By leveraging HR analytics and fostering a strong organizational culture. Ensures the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent while enabling sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership – Collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, advises on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning – Develops and implements strategies for workforce planning, performance management, career development, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance – Address and resolves complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and mitigating risks.
4. Leadership Coaching & Development – Provides coaching and consultation to managers and employees, enhancing leadership effectiveness, engagement, and team performance.
5. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making – Leverages HR metrics to analyze trends, inform business decisions, and drive continuous organizational improvement.
6. Employee Experience & Workplace Culture – Partners with leaders to assess and enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive, productive, and supportive workplace culture.
7. Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness – Leads and supports change initiatives, including organizational design and restructuring efforts, to drive business transformation and growth.
8. HR Collaboration & Execution – Works closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR peers to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and processes, balancing business needs with employee well-being.
9. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
• Required: Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role. 2 Years of experience working in a matrixed organization or complex business environment, supporting leadership teams in executing HR strategies.
• Preferred: Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience.
Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education.
• Preferred: MBA

• Required:
- Solid background in HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent development, change management, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching senior leaders, managing organizational effectiveness, and advising on HR policy and best practices.
- Proven track record in using HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Experience with change management initiatives, leading cultural shifts, restructuring efforts, and large-scale organizational transitions.
- Solid influencing and stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust with leadership, employees, and HR peers.
- Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies that drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others; provide leadership, teach and collaborate with others.
- Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors;
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform mathematical calculations and calculate simple statistics correctly
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate resolution.
