What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valve/Shop Technician - WTX position at E3 Company?
Basic Function
To provide superior and professional shop service support for all E3 products. Completing all required service ticket inputs and submitting per policy. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including shop assets and company vehicles.
Role and Responsibilities
Shop work servicing valves and other E3 products
- Hands-on equipment inspection and service
- Painting
- Pressure washing
- Pressure testing
- Maintain accurate Parts Inventory.
- Service ticket data capture
- Communicate Quality Issues/exceptions
- Rebuilding/Recertification of Valves, Actuators, Gauge Protectors, Hammorons, and completing PM’s.
- Performing and maintaining shop housekeeping
Admin, Training, and other requirements
- Service ticket completion and submitting
- Training (HSE, operational, customer required)
Desired Education Requirements and Work Experience
- Must have prior equipment experience in related field.
- Hydraulics and or electrical experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
Required Skills
- Technical Problem-Solving and Mechanical
- Physically capable to lift 50lbs.
- No DMV major moving violations and/or DUI/DWI convictions within the previous 36 months
- Adequate knowledge with a computer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and commitment to deadlines
- Demonstrates professional work characteristics, high initiative, dependability, and credibility.
- Detail oriented and results driven.
Job Type: Full-time
