Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Claims Adjuster with bilingual abilities to manage and process workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution.
- Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct interviews with claimants, employers, and witnesses in both English and Spanish.
- Review medical reports, accident reports, and other relevant documentation to assess claims.
- Determine appropriate settlements and authorize payments within established guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities and decisions.
