What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Experience Project Coordinator position at E3 XPS, Inc.?
The Client Experience Project Coordinator is the first point of contact for our exhibit management clients. They handle quoting, processing, scheduling, and invoicing orders, answering inventory questions, and performing duties for exhibit management clients. The Client Experience Project Coordinator will work to complete daily tasks and work towards improving and growing the department. This position requires beginning to intermediate level knowledge of the trade show industry and works with moderate supervision. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, accurate, works with pace, has great customer service skills, is a good team member and looking for a career.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Day-to-day point of contact providing internal and external assistance for exhibit management and show services clients.
- Provide client support relative to client asset information and order information.
- Follow up with clients on order details, obtain clarification and answer any questions.
- Process trade show install and dismantle labor, show services and logistic requests.
- Quote and apply freight accordingly to all orders.
- Correspondence with sales representatives and end users via phone and/or in writing.
- Establish Asset setup schedule based on client requests and communicate daily schedule with Service Center team.
- Assist with information gathering, assessing needs, and recommending changes for clients relating to inventory questions.
- Prepare exhibit storage fees, prep in/out fees and I&D supervision for clients.
- Monitor late exhibit returns and follow-up.
- Provide Accounting information regarding invoicing of storage fees, I&D, show services and freight.
- Establish relationships with outside service vendors.

- Intermediate computer skills and understanding of various software platforms.
Minimum Education/Certification
- Associate's degree required
Minimum Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative and organizational work
- Previous trade show industry experiences a plus
