Job Description:
This position is for an Exhibit Technician to perform multiple labor tasks including shipment receiving/unpacking, shipment preparation, warehouse organizing/cleaning, and exhibit setup/teardown. The service department handles client exhibit management, shipping, repairs, and booth setups. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mind, be very organized, and have high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and take down trade show exhibits
- Prep outgoing/incoming trade show exhibits
- Check-in shipments and verify inventory part counts against packing list
- Local installation and dismantle of exhibits
- Pull rental parts from warehouse
- Travel to shows with clients as needed to supervise exhibit setup
- Warehouse cleaning and organizing
- General repair work on trade show exhibits
- Other service department duties as requested
Requirements:
- Must move and work at a quick pace
- Able to work for long periods of time on your feet
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be reliable, responsible, and energetic
- Attentive to detail
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
