E4H Architecture is a 100% healthcare and health sciences firm dedicated to creating flexible, creative environments that enhance health and well-being. We’re seeking a Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
- Serve as project nucleus for clients, project team, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Estimate design fees, determine scope of work, solicit consultant proposals, and prepare comprehensive team proposals and contracts for Partner or Associate Partner review.
- Serve as the primary client and consultant liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
- Actively manage project budgets, meeting minutes, client expectations, schedules, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
- Provide technical expertise and oversight of document development for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.
- Ensure quality control on all design team deliverables.
- Lead project team to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with other E4H Project Managers to assign and manage project staffing needs.
- Provide mentorship and oversight of the work of less experienced technical staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Ideal candidate has 8 years of experience in project management, construction administration or related field.
- Competency with digital tools skills including Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma. REVIT experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
- Collaborative with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Architectural licensure is a plus, but not required.
- Experience delivering complex life science or healthcare projects is preferred.
