E5 Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated project manager with experience in the concrete and construction industries. This position requires a personable individual with meaningful knowledge of concrete materials, blueprints and specifications. This position will be tasked with researching the use of E5 products within the construction industry, identifying prospective new business based on specifications and other opportunities, including engaging with concrete contractors/finishers, general contractors, architects and engineers, and ready-mix producers to achieve E5 sales objectives and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities: In addition to such other responsibilities as would be typical for the position:
· Provide highly professional representation in the office, in meetings and in the field if necessary.
· Proactively engage with, specification writers, engineers, architects, contractors and ready-mix producers to ensure product awareness and availability prior to the start of jobs.
· Assist with identification of E5 specified jobs or competitor specified jobs.
· Communicate via various methods with prospective and current customers.
· Schedule education opportunities for vendors and prospective customers to expand the use of E5 products.
· Perform follow-ups throughout the bidding and build process to ensure adequate product availability and support.
· Provide communication regarding project and prospective project needs to the sales and operations teams.
· Assist in solving complaints or concerns relating to E5 products, including escalating, as needed, to appropriate management for resolution.
· Understand and be able to effectively communicate, to contractors, finishers, ready-mix producers and architects and engineers, the advantages and applications of E5 products in various construction projects
· Assist in growing sales by generating potential leads using technology and day-to-day interactions and other business development efforts
· Travel as requested to support customer and business development needs.
Job Qualifications:
· EITHER a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of concrete experience with a keen understanding of specification and blueprints.
· Relevant work experience in the construction management field.
· Experience in a sales or support role in the construction, concrete, or admixture industry
· Understanding of the construction industry and timelines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
· Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to navigate various methods of technology for research and communication.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
