Call Center Representative/Front Office Receptionist

Job Description:
The Call Center Representative/Front Office Receptionist will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients, patients, and vendors. This is not a job, but a career position, our goal is to grow you and this position.


  • The ideal candidate would be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them as different situations arise during a call (weekly quizzes on scripts and front office processes)
  • As the voice of our company, the team member must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping our patients & driving satisfaction
  • This position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (would be able to work at both locations during the week)
  • This position would require the team member to be flexible in working the front office and answering phone calls.

Job Duties:
  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling of patients for all e7 Health locations 
  • Providing exceptional customer/patient care 
  • Responding to all vendor and corporate client inquiries
  • Following verbatim all e7 Health “scripts” when handling specific medical procedure topics 
  • Identifying customer/patient needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Providing needed information to the correct parties for follow up
  • Seizing every opportunity to inform about related services when the opportunity arises 
  • Welcome patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Complete patient check-in and check out along with applicable patient paperwork
  • Process payments for patient services
  • Answer or refer company inquiries
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Complete daily and weekly supply inventory
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
  • Scan and fax documents as needed
  • Prepare agenda for a weekly employee meeting

Skills / Requirements: 
  •  Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM (All candidates will be required to complete a typing test if chosen for an interview).
  •  Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle at all times
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Excellent computer skills
  •  Superior customer service skills and the ability to adapt to different personality types
  •  Able to actively listen and employ information received
  •  Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a stressful and fast-paced environment 
  •  Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
  •  Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
  •  Organizational skills
  •  Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
