About The Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our SMB Business team, with a focus on enterprise accounts. This role involves growing business with existing customers while developing relationships with new clients. Additionally, the representative will sell E78 products and services through telephone, web, or email to specified customer segments, ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will leverage their sales experience in a merit-based environment. This role requires an individual that is eager to build successful customer relationships in both a transactional and relationship-driven setting.

The role involves growing business with current customers while establishing connections with new clients. Additionally, the representative will sell E78 products and services through telephone, web, or email to designated customer segments, ensuring a satisfying customer experience. This position requires someone who is eager to foster successful customer relationships both in a transactional and relationship-driven setting.

The Inside Sales Representative will attend our 12-week E78 Technologies Sales Academy, which offers onsite and online sales training. This comprehensive program will cover our products, the E78 sales model, and our internal tools. Throughout the training, you will gain hands-on experience through guidance from your assigned peer mentor and live coaching in the training queue. The E78 Technologies Sales Academy is dedicated to educating candidates about our company, our culture, and our values. The experience will provide you the knowledge of our solutions and product portfolio while teaching you the essential skills to becoming a great salesperson. We also offer ongoing training throughout the year that will systematically increase your technical and sales skills.

Expectations & Duties

  • Engage small business accounts to grow new buyers and retain and grow existing buyers.
  • Be responsible for driving 30 outbound calls /3hr Talk Time per day, as well as managing opportunities and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to small business customers advising them on the best technology to make their business successful:
  • Sell E78's full Client portfolio, including voice, internet, security, mobility, managed services to support desktops, laptops, services and applications.
  • Qualify and identify projects including Enterprise categories like Enterprise Networking, Data Protection, Compliance and Cloud
  • Continue to learn and develop technical sales acumen to enable career growth

Required Education & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of general sales experience with voice data, infrastructure services, or mobility services.
  • Experience with Verizon, Lumen or ATT technology services.
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: O365, MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
  • Motivated to exceed goals and develop a professional skill set while advancing your career. Be open to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback to improve results.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid a schedule 3-4 days week in our Franklin, Tennessee office.
