Summary
The Presentation Designer position is a contract role in the Creative Department of Agency EA that supports select project work. It requires superior aesthetic and design experience along with excellent communication skills catered to both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage and design for a wide range of presentation formats, scales, and styles. They should be design flexible — excelling at both analyzing a brand’s design aesthetic and concepting new graphic extensions or applying existing branding based on provided guidelines. The Presentation Designer is expected to bring a strong level of creativity, strategy, organization, professionalism, and technical expertise to every project.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills lead or support presentation designer role on select live projects — responsibilities may range from presentation template design and custom 2D static or animated assets to photography treatments and kinetic typography.
- Highly collaborative designer who works closely with other designers, art directors, creative directors, and content managers along with client leads and executives.
- Communicates tasks and deliverables proficiently with a high degree of professionalism.
- Consults with and presents to clients and internal stakeholders as needed — helping to illuminate design thinking and solutions that meet client objectives.
- Supports tracking of ongoing design edits plus manages revisions and version control.
- Assists in archiving and maintaining digital files for future reference and use.
- Monitors and understands the latest design trends, as well as maintains high skill levels in relevant design software and platforms.
