JOB DESCRIPTION.
Experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our work in the digital payments space.
Responsible for leading the analysis and evaluation of business processes, and documentation of business and technical requirements.
This role requires technical acumen, industry knowledge of banking and payment systems, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between our business and technical partners.
Additionally, there will be customer facing documentation needs which will require proficiency in English grammar and spelling.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.
- 5 yrs Business Analyst experience, bachelors degree, experience with APIs. Experience in Payments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC, Jira.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Data visualization.
