Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to resolve issues
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions is preferred
- Familiarity with call center operations is beneficial
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
