Responsibilities:
Assist experienced insulators in applying insulation and jacketing systems as per specifications
Learn to operate manlifts and follow safety protocols
Support in applying firestopping measures and insulating various systems
Assist with material handling and preparation
Follow instructions from senior team members to complete tasks effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Learn and adhere to OSHA regulations and safety guidelines

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs on the job
Willingness to work in various environments and at heights
Must have steel-toed boots
