Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of settings such as hospice care, urgent care, and Level I Trauma Centers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist patients with disabilities in daily activities and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on health management and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LPN license
- Previous experience in a teaching hospital or coding knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
