Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.
Essential Functions
Polishing, deburring, detailed masking, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical instruments and implants.
Inspects products to blueprint specifications.
Utilizes and completes documentation, as required.
Understands and follows policies and procedures.
Ensures general upkeep of equipment, organized and clean work area.
Complies with ISO policies and procedures.
Troubleshoots problems associated with equipment, tooling, and processes.
Follow basic instructions.
