Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager-Commercial Construction at PCE Construction in Columbia, MO. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, managing project logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting project processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all PCE team members to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with superintendents to create, organize, and monitor schedules
- Effectively and regularly communicate job specifics with superintendent
- Regularly track job costs to maintain project budgets
- Provide job cost updates to COO and CFO as needed
- Measure, quantify materials, and provide estimates as needed
- Provide project updates verbally and in written form to all necessary parties
- Coordinate with field personnel manager to effectively allocate resources
- Demonstrate commitment to clients' needs and confidentiality
- Maintain project specific documentation as required: drawings, sub-contracts, COs, CCOs, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, RFQs, ESIs, and O/Ms
- Review vendor/subcontractor submittals and shop drawings for accuracy and distribute as needed
- Effectively communicate, as required, with architects, engineers, and clients
- Periodically complete site visits to check progress, and provide written documentation to necessary parties
- Serve as point of contact for clients/customers
- Strengthen current client relationships and seek new clients and projects
- Attend prebid meetings as needed
- Attend events as a PCE representative
- Actively engage with the community to maintain and build new relationships
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management and or relevant work experience in the commercial construction industry
- Proven ability to manage any project up to 30 million
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to proactively identify and address potential conflicts
- Able to read all aspects of and effectively interpret commercial blueprints
- Excellent computer/device skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with construction-specific software platforms such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Pipeline, and Sage 300 highly preferred.
