Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg & Telemetry | Franklin, NH
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Shift: 12hr Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
Start Date: ASAP (preferably someone coming off an assignment!)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements to Submit:
- Updated resume showing 2 years acute care experience (in Med/Surg or Telemetry)
- Travel experience preferred – but first-time travelers WILL be considered with strong background
- 2 recent Charge RN or Manager references (within specialty)
- Skills Checklist matching Med/Surg/Tele
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) at time of submission
- Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- NURSYS License Verification with all active RN licenses
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included with submission
- EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required
- Must be comfortable with Cardizem, Insulin drips (non-DKA), and Phenobarbital on Telemetry
