Summary/Objective:

The Foreman is responsible for the projects day to day schedule, organizing company workforce in order to complete the projects on time and under budget. This individual would also be responsible for project communication to EA-VE Project Superintendent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the jobsite labor with the ability to teach the crew on how to preform specific tasks more efficiently and professionally.

• Supervise labor and provide constructive feedback

• Report on project & installation progress

• Follow safety and quality guidelines

• Keep track of material stock

• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly

• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills

• Good understanding of the installation of residential plumbing

• Strong focus on quality

• Working knowledge and competence of Microsoft Office

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lead and inspire

Education and Experience:

• 5-10 years residential construction experience

• Experience in residential plumbing, drywall, & interior finishes

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to perform the physical demands of working on a construction site for 40 hours a week

• Ability to move moderate size packages up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
