The Account Manager is responsible for making sure the client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues, and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client/company relationship. The main goal is to ensure the client is happy and the customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Duties:
- Handling any client concerns, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client/company relationship.
- Communicating with client to ensure that all needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they are fulfilling all customer requests.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the clients' desires.
- Serve as the client’s representative within our organization - with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Two years minimum of relevant working experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
