Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with information about available vehicles
- Answer questions about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Proficient with CRM software
Education and/or Experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
