EAG is starting the search for a FPA Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team.
The FP&A- Analyst will manage providing financial insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to drive the companys success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team. All members of the EAG team are expected to actively participate in our team environment, communicate with our customers in a professional and service-oriented manner, and identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. As EAG continues to grow, members must be able to handle changing priorities, new challenges, and multi-tasking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support annual budgeting, accurate forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to create accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
- Provide scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights into performance metrics.
- Analyze key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze costs across projects and departments, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with teams to implement efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze revenue streams and profitability by service lines, clients, and projects.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals.
- Develop insights to enhance revenue generation and resource utilization.
- Evaluate and enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Experience, and Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on service-based organizations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting software.
- Experience with project-based revenue recognition and billing is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
