Eagan Building Group is currently hiring for a full-time Superintendent to provide supervision for commercial and industrial construction projects in the St. Louis Metropolitan area including St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Warren County, Franklin County, and Jefferson County with occasional projects in outlying areas.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Carpenter should be a detail-oriented individual with impeccable organization and time management skills. They will represent our company to subcontractors, vendors, and most importantly – customers.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage project schedule by overseeing daily jobsite activities through completion
- Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with plans/specifications
- Coordinate and participate in all building inspections
- Procure and ensure timely delivery of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Submission of electronic daily reporting, timesheets, change orders, work logs, etc.
- Work with project manager to keep building costs within budget
- Must be resourceful and efficiently prioritize, organize, and complete all construction in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
- Ability to self-perform and train others/manage metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, casework installation, doors & hardware, and other carpentry functions
- Be proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new technology
- Possess highly developed organizational & planning skills, time management skills, and written/oral communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 Years commercial construction experience
- Supervision experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
