We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Car Wash to add to our team at our Venice, FL location!
This is an exciting position to operate our Eager Beaver Car Wash and a full detail shop.
This is an Hourly position with a monthly Bonus Program
Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
- Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility
- Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory
We are looking for candidates who:
- Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Exercise hands on leadership
- Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service concepts
Job Qualifications:
- Desire and drive to learn new concepts
- Car wash experience (preferred - not necessary)
- Set goals and make things happen
- Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Bilingual is a plus!
- A valid state driver’s license
- Must be 18 to apply
