Location Manager

Eager Beaver Car Wash is looking to hire an accomplished, talented General Manager to manage one of our well-known Car Wash properties in the Sarasota, FL market. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for daily operations at one location and oversight responsibilities for the other, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch customer service.

*Base Salary up to 70k/year, as well as significant bonus potential*

No Car Wash Experience? No Problem!

• Complete training program, no experience in the car wash industry required.
• Restaurant managers do very well in our business.
• Hours of operation are from 8-6 daily.
• Career advancement opportunities.
• An annual bonus based on exceeding profit budget.
• Closed New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• This is a salary position with an annual bonus program.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage day-to-day operations for one car wash location
• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
• Oversee and manage full profit & loss (P&L) responsibility for both locations.
• Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Desire to manage a business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
• Desire to learn and develop.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a leading position.
• Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
• Organizational Skills
• Ability to multitask
• Self-motivated & self-driven
• Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong delegation skills and follow up
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• A valid state driver’s license
